Do you accept pets? 
Cats are allowed if spayed and neutered for a non-refundable $200 per pet fee, two maximum.  Dogs, rodents, or other caged mammals are not permitted at this location.  

Other pet types such as fish, birds, and reptiles are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


What type of security deposit do you require?
We do not charge security deposits, however Lake Street Lofts assesses a one-time Move-In Fee of $450 due at lease signing.

What is the application process and how long does it take?
Each adult occupant of the apartment will be required to submit a lease application. The fee is $60 per applicant.

The application process consists of a credit, personal background, eviction, and civil judgement verification, then a Landlord/Mortgage reference to finish the process, which is generally completed within two business days.

Once these steps are completed successfully we can then offer you a lease.


Does the rooftop sundeck require reservations?
Not at all! The rooftop sundeck is available for all of our residents as weather permits.


Do you work with brokers?
No. All leasing is contracted to Lake Street Management Company, Inc.


What neighborhood is Lake Street Lofts located in?
Lake Street Lofts is located in the heart of the West Loops Fulton Market, located just minutes outside of Downtown Chicago and near Interstate 90-94.

The West Loop is a vibrant neighborhood filled with a unique mix of commercial business activity, restaurants, nightlife, and some of the most architecturally significant structures in the country.


What does Lake Street Lofts offer in regards to Laundry Facilities/Dry Cleaning/Laundry Services, and/or hookups for washers and dryers in the apartments?
We offer a recently upgraded spacious and fully complimentary Laundry Center (with optional Valet Dry Cleaning Service) available 24 hours a day and conveniently located on a residential floor.

By complementary that means no coins, and no cards to charge!  This facility is for the exclusive use of Lake Street Lofts residents with our compliments.

In-unit washer/dryers are not available and sink-hookup or portable laundry units are not permitted.


What utilities am I responsible for, and is high-speed internet really FREE?
Tenants are responsible for gas and electric charges, as well as any phone and television service. All apartments are equipped with individually-controlled HVAC systems, gas appliances, and requisite cable connections.  High-Speed Internet, Hot and Cold Water, and trash disposal is provided by the building.


Is there a minimum lease term required?
Our lease terms begin at 12 months, and 24 month leases are available upon request.  Extended initial terms are possible depending upon the time of the year.


Does Lake Street Lofts accept corporate leases?
Yes, if the lease also names an individual guarantor. Leases that only list a corporation or business are not available.


What are the parking options at Lake Street Lofts?
Our parking options are as follows (and based on availability):

Commuter/Overnight and Weekends: $95/month.  This option is available from 5 pm. until 8 am. Monday thru Friday and 24/7 on Weekends.  Please note that Monday thru Friday from 8 am. to 5 pm. this option is not available except on major, observed holidays.

Gated, Assigned: $165/month.

Covered, Heated: $195/month.

All options are on-sight; Gated and Covered parking is assigned spacing.
